DrDoctor

It’s important to us that you can quickly and easily access information about your wheelchair service, care and appointments. To help with this, we've introduced a new service user portal where you can access information from any smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

This page gives you more information about the portal, how to use it, and the information you can find on it.

About the messages you receive

You will receive messages from DrDoctor via text message and/or email, depending on the contact details we hold for you.

  • The text message will be from the following number: (+44) 07903 573088
  • The email will be from the following email address: no-reply@drdoctor.co.uk

To log into DrDoctor, you will need to click on the link and then enter your surname, date of birth and postcode.

In some wheelchair services, there is also an option to log in using your NHS account username and password, if you have one, or by using the NHS app. This option is at the discretion of the local NHS organisations we work with, so it may not be available in every area.

About pre-assessment questionnaires

Within one week of your appointment with the wheelchair service, you will receive a personalised link to a pre-assessment questionnaire from DrDoctor.

DrDoctor will ask questions about you, your current health and your medical history. Your answers will help your clinician to better understand your needs and ensure you receive the right care at the right time.

The questionnaire should take around 10-20 minutes to complete but may take longer depending on your individual circumstances and medical history. You can save your progress as you go and return to the questionnaire later if you need to.

If you are not comfortable completing this questionnaire on your own, or do not have the facilities to access the weblink at home, it is fine to ask a family member or friend to help you.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have also put together some Frequently Asked Questions that may help to answer any queries you may have.
