All visitors and service users to our wheelchair service centres are to wear a face covering unless they are exempt in accordance with the government guidelines.
Any visitors and service users who are not exempt and refuse to wear a face covering may have their appointment cancelled.
The safety of our service users and the people who work for us is always our top priority, and our aim is to continue to provide you with a first-class service.
Our business continuity management team is continuously monitoring the COVID-19 (“coronavirus”) situation and following the latest government recommendations.
