Clinical Assessment, Rehabilitation Engineering and Specialist Seating
AJM’s Clinical Teams deliver clinically safe and quality services with the full range of assessment, engineering, posture management and mobility ensuring maximum independence for service users.
Whether your assessment is at home, school or at one of our clinics, our clinician will deliver a personalised service, co-ordinating with health professionals involved with your care. We deliver a user-centred service to meet your lifestyle and clinical needs, and offer you choice and control with options for wheelchair vouchers and personal health budgets.
Our integrated service means you may receive your wheelchair at the time of your assessment. This ‘chair-in-a-day’ service speeds up referral to treatment times (RTT) and keeps waiting times low.
If your wheelchair has to be specially ordered we will keep you informed at all times, and will deliver direct to your home. A full handover will be provided, adjusting for your comfort and showing you and your carer how to use and keep it in good order.
Unlike other providers, AJM Healthcare always uses mainstream brands such as Invacare, Sunrise and Ottobock so you know you will receive a quality product.
Approved Repairer Service
Our integrated service provides full repairs at your home, school or work including out of normal office hours and at weekends and bank holidays. We also offer drop-in repairs at our service centres, but please call first.
